Research/Teaching Assistant (f/m/d) in the area of continuing education at Münster School of Health
What to expect
In cooperation with the German Network for Quality Development in Nursing (DNQP), you will develop a continuing education concept on expert standards for different target groups and areas of practice.
To do this, you will analyse existing training offers on expert standards and identify continuing education needs for different target groups.
You will also assist in the development and creation of training materials for various audiences.
You will provide support in the planning and delivery of continuing education and in the possible integration of curriculum content into the teaching of nursing-related degree programmes.
In order to ensure a sound theory-practice transfer, you will cooperate with our network partners.
Your expertise is underpinned by a Master’s degree in nursing (or a comparable degree).
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in the field of vocational education or adult education in both face-to-face and online formats.
You also have sound knowledge of quality development in nursing and of working with expert standards.
You have impressive communication skills and experience in knowledge transfer.
Your strengths include an independent and solution-focused way of working, and strong organisational skills. You also enjoy working in a team and with external partners, which will require a willingness to travel between Münster and Osnabrück.
