WHAT TO EXPECT

Your responsibilities will include the operational management and independent administrative organisation of the double degree programme International Business & Management (mainly Europe and Asia) and the support of German and international students at the Münster School of Business.

You will organise events for prospective students (e.g. information events), applicants (e.g. aptitude tests) and alumni (e.g. graduation ceremonies), both independently and as part of a team.

You will be actively involved in the further development and internationalisation of the School and in establishing and maintaining partnerships with international universities (e.g. contract management).

You will work closely with the Head of the Office for International Studies (OfIS) and will be able to act as their deputy. You will therefore familiarise yourself with all the key aspects of the School’s internationalisation and cooperation partnerships.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You have gained initial (work) experience in an international context and hold a master’s degree, preferably with a business focus.

You have intercultural skills and excellent language skills (German, English and ideally another foreign language) and are willing to travel.

You have excellent IT skills (especially MS Office) and enjoy familiarising yourself with new (university) programs.

You are proactive, creative, communicative and a team player. Diligence and good organisational skills are also among your strengths.

You are familiar with the German and international higher education landscape.

WE OFFER YOU

We will prepare you for your new role and welcome you into an open, dynamic team with a great working atmosphere.

A flexible working time model will allow you to achieve a good work-life balance and ensures family-friendly conditions.

We value your commitment and dedication, and offer you a full-time position for a fixed term (2 years) with a performance-related salary according to pay grade 13 of the Public Sector Collective Agreement for the Federal States (TV-L).

You will have the creative freedom to put your ideas into practice in collaboration with the School’s stakeholders.

We look forward to welcoming you to Münster, a desirable place to live, at the earliest possible date.
