Employee (f/m/d) at the International Office for the digitalisation of the Erasmus+ programme - EWP
You will accompany the implementation of Erasmus without Paper (EWP) in collaboration with the Erasmus University Coordinator.
You will administer and further develop the use of the Mobility Online mobility software, working closely with the International Office team.
You will clarify, analyse, document and develop internal and external digital interfaces for a smart administration process concerning incoming and outgoing mobility. For this process, you will network with internal and external stakeholders.
Together with a motivated team at the International Office, you will drive processes of internationalisation at FH Münster.
In addition to having a degree, you also have a very good command of written and spoken German (Level C1) and a good command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are always welcome!
You are no stranger to the Erasmus+ programme, Online Learning Agreements (OLAs), digital Inter-Institutional Agreements (IIAs) and Transcripts of Records (ToRs).
You are skilled in designing and implementing smart administration processes. In this connection, you have previous experience in university administration. Precision, meticulousness, organisational skills and a solution-focused way of working round off your profile.
You are familiar with standard Office software programs and ideally have experience with Mobility Online and/or databases. Agile project management, motivation and enthusiasm are no strangers to you.
We offer you
For this exciting task, we offer you a part-time position (80%) for a fixed term until 31 December 2023, ideally starting on 1 November 2022, with remuneration based on pay grade 9b TV-L (Public Sector Collective Agreement for the Federal States). After that, it may be possible to extend the contract for up to 24 months (subject to project approval).
